Semi-conductive PE jacketing compound for EHV cables mainly regards polymer raw material as carriers, and adds conductive carbon black, anti-oxidant, auxiliary ingredient, and operated through compounding processes. It is mainly used for semi-conductive outer jacketing of EHV cables and other related applications. This product has excellent processability, mechanical properties, heat-resistant property and high temperature cracking-resistant properties.
超高压电缆专用半导电聚烯烃护套料主要以高分子材料为载体,加入导电炭黑、抗氧剂、加工助剂经混炼设备制造而成。主要用于超高压电压等级半导电电缆外护套层等相关应用领域。本产品具有优异的加工性能、机械物理性能、耐热性能和抗高温开裂性等特点。
Processing Indicator 加工工艺
Recommend to process with the PE extruder. 建议使用聚乙烯专用挤出机进行加工。
