105℃lead-free automotive wire compound is granular compound which is manufactured through mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. It regards advanced PVC resin as the basic raw materials, and adds plasticizer, stabilizer and other accessory ingredients. This product has excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical property and good processability. It can meet RoHS Standard. The cables with it can meet LV112, VW60306, DIN72551 and other related standards. The highest working temperature is 105℃.
环保型105℃汽车原线料是以优质聚氯乙烯树脂为基料，加入特种增塑剂、稳定剂等助剂，经混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒状电缆料。产品具有良好的机械物理性能和电性能，加工性能优异，符合RoHS环保标准。制成电线后可以满足LV 112、VW 60306、DIN 72551等相关标准，最高工作温度为105℃。

Processing Indicator 加工工艺
Recommend to use of single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
