105℃lead-free automotive wire compound is granular compound which is manufactured through mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. It regards advanced PVC resin as the basic raw materials, and adds plasticizer, stabilizer and other accessory ingredients.
环保型105℃汽车原线料是以优质聚氯乙烯树脂为基料，加入特种增塑剂、稳定剂等助剂，经混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒状电缆料。
Characteristics and Application 特点及用途
These products have excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical property and good processability. They can meet RoHS Standard. Their AVS cables can meet JASO D 611 Standards and other related standards. The highest working temperature is 105℃.
产品具有良好的机械物理性能和电性能，加工性能优异，符合RoHS环保标准。该产品制作的AVSS电线可满足JASO D 611等相关标准，最高工作温度为105℃。
Processing Indicator 加工工艺
Recommend to use single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
建议使用普通长径比为20-25的单螺杆挤出机进行生产。
