Irradiation cross-linkable flame-retardant automotive cable compounds which are produced with mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing process, regards polyolefin resin as the basic raw material, adds flame-retardant, antioxidant and sensabilizer. The highest working temperature are respectively 125℃and 150℃. The cables with it can meet ISO 6722 and DIN 72551 Standards. These products are suitable for the extruding insulation layers of 0.35 square meters and above of automotive cables.
辐照交联阻燃汽车线料以聚烯烃树脂为主要原料,加入阻燃剂,抗氧剂,助交联剂,经混炼、塑化、造粒而得,最高工作温度分别为125℃和150℃。制成电线后可以满足ISO6722,DIN 72551标准,适用于0.35以上平方汽车线挤出绝缘层。
Processing Indicator加工工艺:
General PVC or PE extruder is possible for the production of it. Recommend screw extruder with L/D≥25. It is better to put one 80 mesh filter on the position of screen while extruding. Temperatrue range changes according to different conditions of extruding equipment. Below temperature is just for boot debugging.
本产品可采用普通PVC或PE挤出机进行生产,建议螺杆长径比L/D≥25,挤出过程中可在网板放置一层80目滤网。下列各温度可作为开机调试的参考:

Conductor preheated to 110 ℃, and warm bath temperature about 40~60℃

Irradiation Process辐照工艺
Irradiation dose of irradiation cross-linkable polyolefin automotive cables compound should be given according to thermal strength requirements (note: different accelerators with the same irradiation dose will cause different thermal strength values). The thermal strength should be controlled between 20%-40%. Generally speaking, the more bigger conductor, the larger irradiation dose amount.
辐照交联型聚烯烃汽车线的辐照剂量应根据应以热延伸达到要求为准(不同单位加速器按同一辐照剂量,其热延伸值不一样),本产品热延伸需控制在20%~40%范围内,导体越大,辐照剂量应适当的提高。
Attentions 注意事项:
1)The compound should be dried before using if the package is broken. Once package is open, recommend to run out within 12 hours.
原料破包需烘干后才能使用,材料一经开封,建议12小时之内用完。
2)Please ensure the screw, barrel , hopper are thoroughly cleaned before operation. Avoid bringing impurities while processing.
加工前确保螺杆、机筒、加料斗彻底清理干净,加工过程中严禁带入杂质。
3)If you need a faster extrusion. Please accelerate screw speed gradually to avoid inadequate plasticizing which may cause rough surface of the cables.
如果要快速挤出时,请慢慢逐渐加快螺杆转速,以免塑化不良,电缆表面毛糙。
